Who is leading the charge on Zimbabwe’s project?
The Young Project Leaders In Zimbabwe awards is a prestigious initiative aimed at identifying, celebrating, and uplifting exceptional young professionals under the age of 40 who are making significant contributions to project management and leadership across the country.
Scheduled for 10 April 2026 at the Rainbow Towers Hotel in Harare, this year’s event is themed “Innovating Today, Leading Tomorrow”, highlighting the pivotal role of youth-driven innovation in shaping Zimbabwe’s future.Categories
We are seeking leaders in three arenas:

Public Sector – Government innovators redefining public service.
•
Private Sector – Corporate and SME leaders driving commercial excellence.
•
Non-Profit Organizations – Changemakers delivering measurable community impact.
Who Qualifies?
Nominees must:

Be under 40 years of age as of 31 December 2026.
✓
Possess 3+ years of proven project management experience.
✓
Demonstrate a track record of successful, measurable projects.
✓
Exhibit leadership, innovation, and sectoral influence.
